Perspective and Scale.
Three quiet landscapes use a cloud, a streetlamp, and the ocean to explore light and scale.
MEDIA203 final conceptual photography project · academic work
For a conceptual photography project, Connor chose three wide environments: the sky, a night scene lit by a streetlamp, and the ocean. Each frame centers a single source of light and uses the surrounding landscape to make that source feel small, present, or briefly luminous.
The original project describes perspective and scale as ways to invite viewers to consider their place in a larger world. Connor notes that he used Camera Raw shutter adjustments for the lamp image and a tripod for the ocean photograph.
